对四角切圆锅炉数值模拟的伪扩散现象结合其产生根源进行了研究,提出了一种针对切圆锅炉网格划分的评价方法。该方法只需知道主气流轨迹曲线方程,就可评出较优的网格体系。采用3种网格体系对三菱公司生产的MB-FRR型锅炉的炉内空气动力场进行了冷态模拟,模拟结果与实际情况符合最好的网格体系为较优者,这与上述网格评价方法得出的结论相吻合。该方法的提出对四角切圆锅炉内空气动力场的三维模拟有参考价值。
Based on the pseudo-diffusion phenomenon of numerical simulation of tangentially fired boilers and the causes of the pseudo-diffusion, a method for evaluating the meshing of tangentially fired boilers is proposed. The method only needs to know the curve equation of the main air flow trajectory, and the optimal grid system can be evaluated. Three kinds of grid system were used to simulate the aerodynamic field in the MB-FRR boiler manufactured by Mitsubishi Company. The simulation results were in good agreement with the actual grid system, The evaluation method reached the conclusion. The proposed method has reference value for the three-dimensional simulation of aerodynamic field in tangential boilers.
