为明确2.5%咪鲜·吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂防治水稻苗期病害的适宜剂量,以水稻品种龙粳26为试材,采用随机区组设计的方法,进行了2.5%咪鲜.吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂对水稻立枯病和恶苗病防治效果的研究。结果表明:2.5%咪鲜.吡虫啉悬浮种衣剂20~25g.kg-1能有效防治恶苗病的发生,苗床和本田的防治效果分别达到了100%和99.3%,对水稻立枯病具有较强的抑制作用,其病情指数防效分别达到了72.1%和79.4%,对水稻出苗及正常生长安全,是一种比较理想的防治水稻苗期病害药剂。
