目的:制备咽康口服液用于治疗急、慢性咽炎及上呼吸道感染,并建立质控检测方法。方法:用101澄清剂澄清工艺制备咽康口服液;薄层色谱法定性检测;分光光度法测定含量(总黄酮)。结果:该工艺能最大限度地保留中药材中的有效成分,并能降低成本;薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于识别;总黄酮(以芦丁计)显色后在508um处测定吸收度A,A与其含量有良好的线性关系,线性范围9.94μg/ml～59.62μg/ml,平均回收率98.95％,RSD1.10％(n=6)。结论:该工艺检测方法简单快捷,检测结果准确,重现性好,可有效地控制本品质量。
Objective: To prepare Yankang oral liquid for the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis and upper respiratory tract infection, and to establish quality control detection methods. Methods: Prepare Yankang Oral Liquid with 101 clarifier clarification process; TLC determination; Quantitative determination of total flavonoids by spectrophotometry. Results: The process can retain the active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicines to the maximum extent, and can reduce the cost; the spots in the thin layer chromatography are clear and easy to identify; the total flavonoids (in terms of rutin) are measured at 508um and absorbance A is determined. There is a good linear relationship between A and its content, with a linear range of 9.94 μg/ml to 59.62 μg/ml, an average recovery of 98.95%, and an RSD of 1.10% (n=6). Conclusion: The process detection method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of the product.
