雄性SD大鼠连续每日摄入LAS55~65mg/ks12周。1周后肝P450和氨基比林脱甲基酶均明显升高(P<0.05),P448EROD也出现升高趋势;第3,6周后各指标恢复至对照水平;从第9周起P450又开始高于对照并持续至第12周;苯胺羟化酶在第9周也有升高。结果指示,LAS短期染毒对P450、P448(EROD)和氨基比林脱甲基酶,长期染毒对P450均有诱导升高作用,表明LAS对机体影响的潜在作用存在,值得注意。
Male Sprague-Dawley rats were enrolled in daily LAS55 ~ 65mg / ks for 12 weeks. After 1 week, the demethylase of liver P450 and aminopyrine were significantly increased (P <0.05), and P448EROD also increased. After the 3rd and 6th week, the indexes returned to the control level; from the 9th week P450 began to be higher than the control and continued to the twelfth week; aniline hydroxylase also increased in the 9th week. The results indicated that short-term exposure of LAS to P450, P448 (EROD) and aminopyrine demethylase, long-term exposure to P450 induced elevation, indicating that the potential impact of LAS on the body exists, it is worth noting.
