现在国内外印本资料和图书馆还是在不断发展,但我们的图书馆学教育却大大地萎缩了,主要原因之一是对本学科与相关学科的本质特性理解有问题,导致未经充分论证就轻易改名,从而使情报学和图书馆学都受到影响。这里试图再做点“正本清源”的工作,在Adler“法则”的基础上做了较大的改进,对信息、知识、情报和智慧的关系以及图书馆、情报机构的任务等从新视角做了阐述。最后强调应重视发展图书馆学等二级学科,并科学定名一级学科,目前建议为信息资源管理。 At present, the printed materials and libraries at home and abroad are still evolving, but our education in library science has greatly shrunk. One of the main reasons for this is that there is a problem with the understanding of the essential characteristics of this subject and related disciplines, resulting in the failure to fully demonstrate Renamed, so that informatics and library science are affected. Here we try to do some work of “original source”, make great improvements on the basis of Adler’s “law”, and elaborate a new perspective on the relationship between information, knowledge, intelligence and wisdom as well as the tasks of libraries and intelligence agencies . Lastly, emphasis should be placed on the development of secondary subjects such as library science, and the scientific designation of first-level disciplines. Currently, it is proposed to manage information resources.
