双胎妊娠母体并发症多,围产几发病率及死亡率高,如处理不当对母婴可造成严重后果。现将我院1981—01～1992—06收治105例双胎妊娠围产期的有关处理进行回顾性分析。一般资料 105例占同期产科分娩人数9515例的1.1%。年龄22岁～35岁,其中双卵双胎68例,单卵双胎37例。2 孕期并发症:165例中94有一种以上并发症,并发症主要是贫血、早产、胎位异常与妊高征。其中 Twin pregnancies and more maternal complications, the incidence of several perinatal and high mortality rates, such as improper handling of maternal and child can have serious consequences.
