智慧城市是现代城市发展的大势所趋。在高度发达的网络技术背后,一旦缺少公民信息安全的保障,智慧城市不仅是不完整的,更是不安全的。只有不断完善智慧城市顶层设计和相关法律制度,强化政府对信息安全的监管,发展公民信息保护技术,加强互联网行业自律,强化公民信息权利意识等,智慧城市才能真正为人类造福。
