企业实行厂长负责制,是当前经济体制改革的重要组成部分,是增强企业活力的一项有效措施。实行厂长负责制,企业中突出了厂长在行政指挥中的作用,厂长在企业生产经营重大问题上具有决策权。企业实行厂长负责制后,厂长的决策权与企业的档案工作存在着一种什么样的关系呢?这是一个需要档案工作者注重的新问题。厂长对企业生产经营重大问题决策,是要依据企业内部信息与外部信息(企业所接受到的信息。即上级的、同行业的、社会其它方面的)进行综合分析后才能作出的。也就是说决策要建立在民主与科学的基础上。企业的内部信息,我认为主要是企业的档案信息资源。这些企业各项活动的历史记录,可以给厂长决策提供“量力而行”的依据,又可以给厂长决策提供能否实现的可能性(寻找出事物发展的规律)依
