以复合材料盒段为研究对象,对基于应变监测的载荷监测方法开展了研究。建立了盒段力学模型,设计了传感器布置网络和试验方案,进行了试验研究。利用多元线性回归法处理、检验与优化应变数据,获得了复合材料盒段载荷回归方程,建立了载荷标定方法。试验结果表明载荷监测值与实际值误差在10%以内。
Taking the composite box section as the research object, the load monitoring method based on strain monitoring is studied. The mechanics model of box section was established, the sensor layout network and test scheme were designed, and the experimental research was carried out. The multivariate linear regression method was used to test, verify and optimize the strain data to obtain the regression equation of composite box section load. The load calibration method was established. The test results show that the error between the load monitoring value and the actual value is within 10%.
