在能源部电力司和甘肃省电力局的关心支持下,由碧口水电厂、甘肃电力试验研究所和全国水机磨蚀试验研究中心合作于1991年1月10日~4月10日对碧口~#3水轮机转轮(HL702—LJ—410)进行了测绘修形,取得了满意成果。实测表明,修后比修前出力增大3.66~5.86MW,平均5.5MW,提高约5%;效率提高1.53~2.76%,平均约2%;低负荷区振动
In the Department of Energy and Gansu Provincial Electric Power Authority, with the concern and support of the Bikou hydropower plant, Gansu Electric Power Experimental Institute and the National Water Abrasion Test and Research Center on January 10, 1991 to April 10, Bikou ~ # 3 Turbine Runner (HL702-LJ-410) carried out mapping and modification, and achieved satisfactory results.
