科技创新研究绝不是以简单的“灵感”、“顿悟”所能概括的。对科技创新者实际工作的研究表明,科技创新是在一个合理性的研究过程中实现的。这个过程一般包括“确定有待解决的问题→构想各种可能的解决方案→确立最优解决方案→设计实施最优方案”四个阶段,而且每一阶段的研究都有其普遍的合理性思维图式。当然,这并不否定革命性的顿悟、洞见在科技创新中的重要作用。但必须明白,所谓革命性的“灵感”、“顿悟”、“洞见”都是研究者在实施这种合理性研究的过程中,才能得以形成。
