解剖和研究了两个16MnRE钢结瘤堵死的水口。对钢瘤与耐火材料之间的区域作了观察和分析鉴定,证实在某些部位存在着内部稀土夹杂与水口耐火材料之间的中间带(反应带);水口内部聚集的稀土夹杂物以类似枝晶的形式成排地从水口壁向中心生长。扫描电镜检查看到有些夹杂呈一定的晶态形状和生长特征。这些现象表明,稀土夹杂物在水口的聚集,除了已存在于钢液中的固态夹杂的聚合外,还有可能在水口处因受冷却作用而直接析出。对浇注温度对水口结瘤的影响作了很多炉的观测,确定了它的作用。
Two 16MnRE steel nodules were blocked and examined. The area between the steel nodules and the refractory material was observed and analyzed. It was confirmed that there was an intermediate zone (reaction zone) between the internal rare earth inclusions and the nozzle refractory in some areas. The rare earth inclusions accumulated inside the nozzle were similar Dendrites grow in rows from the nozzle wall to the center. Scanning electron microscopy showed some inclusions showing some crystalline shape and growth characteristics. These phenomena indicate that the aggregation of rare earth inclusions in the nozzle, in addition to the solid inclusions already present in the molten steel, may precipitate directly at the nozzle due to the cooling effect. The effect of pouring temperature on nozzle nodulation made a lot of furnace observations, to determine its role.
