依据《2010年上海世博园区供水系统规划》,运用EPANET软件建立了园区室外供水系统水力模型,确定了园区消防重点防护区域和消防薄弱点,并将其作为园区消防供水能力评估的控制点,通过参数的优化组合,确定评估园区室外消防供水能力的合理工况,并对消防工况进行模拟。结果表明,世博园区市政供水具有较强的消防供水能力,各典型消防工况显示,核心场馆具有足够的室外消防供水压力,即使在极端不利的情况下,即中国馆、演艺中心、公共活动中心及主题馆四处核心场馆同时发生火灾,室外市政供水压力及其水量亦能保证消防需求,且最大供水压力的降幅低于3%,满足《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物防火设计标准》的要求。
