通风储粮是粮食储藏中普遍使用的技术措施,是增进粮食稳定性的一种储藏方法。通风能获得低温,降低粮堆温度,称为仓内冷却法;在一定的温、湿度下,通风能降低粮食水分,称为自然风干燥法和低温干燥。通风和机械制冷结合,国外称为制冷通风。通风低温与低氧、低药量结合,组成综合储藏技术,业务部门称为“三低保粮技术”。通风还可和化学防治熏蒸法结合,形成目前我国正在研究试用的环流熏蒸技术。
Ventilation and grain storage are commonly used technical measures in grain storage and are a storage method for improving food stability.
