目的观察LMP1-CTAR3调节的CK19和vimentin蛋白在鼻咽上皮和鼻咽癌中的表达,揭示蛋白质之间的相互作用规律。方法采用SP免疫组化染色检测LMP1、CTAR3、CK19和vimentin在30例鼻咽上皮组织和60例鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌中的表达。结果①LMP1在鼻咽上皮组织与鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为73.3%和90%;②与LMP1(-)组织比较,CK19蛋白在LMP1(+)的鼻咽上皮组织与鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌中的表达降低(P<0.05);③与LMP1(-)组织比较,vimentin蛋白在LMP1(+)的鼻咽上皮组织与鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌的表达升高(P<0.05)。结论 LMP1-CTAR3在鼻咽上皮组织与鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌中下调CK19蛋白和上调vimentin蛋白的表达。
Objective To observe the expression of CK19 and vimentin regulated by LMP1-CTAR3 in nasopharyngeal epithelium and nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to reveal the law of the interaction between proteins. Methods SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of LMP1, CTAR3, CK19 and vimentin in 30 cases of nasopharyngeal epithelial tissue and 60 cases of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the nasopharynx. Results ① The positive expression rates of LMP1 in nasopharyngeal epithelial tissues and nasopharyngeal poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma were 73.3% and 90%, respectively. ② Compared with LMP1 (-), CK19 protein was positively expressed in LMP1 (+) nasopharyngeal epithelium (P <0.05). (3) Compared with LMP1 (-), the vimentin protein expression in nasopharyngeal epithelium of LMP1 (+) was significantly lower than that in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma The expression was increased (P <0.05). Conclusion LMP1-CTAR3 down-regulates CK19 protein and up-regulates vimentin protein expression in nasopharyngeal epithelial cells and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the nasopharynx.
