为了探究胶东卫矛的耐盐机理,以1年生胶东卫矛为材料,用不同浓度NaCl,Na2SO4和NaCl+Na2SO4复合盐溶液对其进行处理,观测分析光合作用的变化规律。试验结果表明,在盐胁迫下,胶东卫矛叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度均随盐浓度升高而降低;叶片胞间CO2浓度呈先降低后升高的规律。盐胁迫的不同时期,抑制胶东卫矛光合作用的主要因素不同,胁迫前期光合速率下降的主要原因在于气孔限制,后期为非气孔因素。
In order to explore the mechanism of salt tolerance of Weidong oyster, the 1-year-old Jiaodong wei was treated with different concentrations of NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaCl + Na2SO4, and the photosynthetic changes were observed and analyzed. The results showed that under salt stress, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance decreased with the increase of salt concentration. The intercellular CO2 concentration decreased first and then increased. The main factors that inhibit the photosynthesis of Jiaodong Weiyue were different at different stages of salt stress. The main reason of the decrease of photosynthetic rate in the early stage of stress was the stomatal limitation and the non-stomata in later stage.
