目的评价EAP方案治疗既往使用紫杉类的晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒性。方法化疗方案为足叶乙甙100mg/m2静滴第1~3天;阿霉素30mg/m2静注第1天;顺铂30mg/m2静滴第4~6天。结果38例进入本组临床试验,其中完全缓解2例,部分缓解22例,稳定9例,进展5例,总有效率63.2%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应。结论EAP化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效较高,副反应患者可以耐受。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of EAP regimen in the treatment of advanced breast cancer treated with taxane. Methods chemotherapy regimen of etoposide 100mg / m2 intravenous 1 to 3 days; doxorubicin 30mg / m2 intravenous 1 day; cisplatin 30mg / m2 intravenous drip 4 to 6 days. Results 38 patients entered this group of clinical trials, of which 2 were completely relieved, 22 were partly relieved, 9 were stable and 5 were progressive. The total effective rate was 63.2%. The main side effects of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion EAP chemotherapy is effective in treating advanced breast cancer and patients with side effects can tolerate it.
