我們目前冶煉的矿石是含銅品位在1~2%的均匀嵌布的氧化矿石,很难通过手选提高共品位,而且其中含二氧化硅均在45%以上,根据我矿的情况我們吸取了当地和外地土法炼銅的经验,创造了一种适合冶煉低品位矿石的爐型:“跃进爐”(图1)。图2是双胞爐,即两个爐子共用一个爐墙,建爐时省工省料,热损失小。缺点是一爐发生故障影响另一爐正常生产。(可参考本期封面照片)
