为了识别多支承轴系中的轴承载荷、分析其振动特性和研究动力学行为,设计了四支承轴承转子试验台的测试系统。通过一种测力传感器实现轴承动态载荷的直接测量,采用位移、加速度及扭矩传感器分别获取轴系的轴心轨迹、振动和扭矩等信号,针对实际调试过程中产生的噪声信号采取了有效的抗干扰措施。试验结果表明,测试系统可以对整个轴系进行多参数在线监测,所采集的数据真实可信。
In order to identify the bearing load in multi-support shaft system, analyze its vibration characteristics and research dynamic behavior, a test system of four-support bearing rotor test platform was designed. Through a kind of load cell, the bearing dynamic load can be measured directly. The displacement, acceleration and torque sensors can be used to acquire the axial locus, vibration and torque of the shaft, respectively, and the effective anti-noise Interference measures. The test results show that the test system can carry out multi-parameter on-line monitoring of the entire shaft system and the collected data is credible.
