用自制的化学气相沉积装置在Al2O3颗粒表面分别获得了TiN、Ni、Fe三种涂层,并用耐热钢对有涂层的Al2O3颗粒进行了负压铸渗实验,获得了Al2O3颗粒/耐热钢基复合材料.所得复合材料颗粒分散均匀、结合良好,表现出颗粒表面涂层处理新方法在复合材料制备中的有益作用
Three kinds of coatings, TiN, Ni and Fe, were respectively obtained on the surface of Al2O3 particles by a homemade CVD device.
