每年学期开学交费之际,是农村贫困大学生上学问题最受关注的时期。对于我国这样一个农业大国的实情,＂穷国办教育＂的现实使＂不让一个大学生因贫困失学＂的目标实现尤为困难。农村贫困大学生的学业问题不仅仅涉及个人、家庭命运的改变,也是实现社会公正、缓解社会分化的途径。
