三峡工程质量控制至关重要.由于顶带机、平仓机等一批高强度现代化设备的使用,已使三峡工程的混凝土日产量和年产量连续刷新世界记录,而大体积、高强度的混凝土生产使得温控防裂工作更加重要、突出.为了做好三峡工程的温度控制,我们主要从以下6个方面入手:(1)优化设计配合比,控制混凝土水化热;(2)拌和制冷,控制出机口温度;(3)遮阳、覆盖与仓面喷雾,调节环境温度,控制温升;(4)混凝土通水冷却,削减其内部水化热;(5)混凝土表面养护与保温,防止裂缝产生;(6)科学施工组织,是实施温控极其重要的环节.实践证明,三峡二期工程左厂~#11~~#14坝段的温控效果良好.
