将新选育的水稻核不育材料19份加上对照安湘S在沙县(26°24’N),海拔为120m、320m和520m三个试验点插植。观察花粉育性变化,从而选育出较优于对照安湘S或跟安湘S相近的核不育材料。以便为在福建地区推广应用提供部分依据。结果表明:(1)SE21、SE126和SC184不育下限温度低,不育性对低温反应钝感,有33—60d的稳定不育期,不育度高,均能在三个海拔地区制种。(2)SE46、SE69、SE153、SE47、SE152、I13-20、I13-6-2等需4d以上连续低于23—24℃的低温才能使不育性波动,在海拔300m以下制种较为安全。(3)SL7、I3-13、SE93、SE43、SE166、I3-22与安湘S相类似,在海拔200m以下制种较可靠。同时提出不育材料在沙县制种的适宜时期。

(3) Similar to Anxiang S, SL7, I3-13, SE93, SE43, SE166 and I3-22 are more reliable in seed production below 200m above sea level. At the same time put forward sterile materials in Shaxian seeding the appropriate period.
