利用环糊精键合固定相的HPLC法分离和测定磺胺类药物

已报道的磺胺类药物分离方法有离子交换色谱、离子对色谱和吸附色谱。测定方法有重氮化滴定法、薄层扫描,但专属性不好,测定时间较长。本文利用环糊精和磺胺类药物在溶液中能相互作用,以环糊精(β-CyD)为键合固定相,用HPLC 法测定制剂中磺胺类药物的含量。条件与试样:Du pont 8800泵、Du pont紫外-可见检测器,SP 4100记录仪。检测波长:257nm。流动相:磷酸缓冲液(pH7.0)-甲醇(85:15),流速:0.5ml/min,纸速:0.25cm/min。三磺嘧啶片含磺胺嘧啶、磺胺 Reported methods for the separation of sulfonamides are ion exchange chromatography, ion pair chromatography and adsorption chromatography.
