西瓜枯萎病是西瓜生产中重要的病害，至今仍缺乏有效的防治方法。绿色木霉（Ｔｒｉｃｈｏｄｅｒ－ｍａｖｉｒｉｄｅ）Ｔａ经ＰＤＡ平皿测定、试管离体夹心培养和盆栽试验，均能有效地抑制西瓜枯萎病菌生长，保护瓜苗。西瓜根围取样分析表明，Ｔａ能够在根围定殖，并能稳定地达到２．８×１０７ｃｆｕ／ｇ土壤的菌落种群。
Watermelon Fusarium wilt is an important disease in the production of watermelon, and still lacks an effective control method. Trichoder-maviride Ta by PDA plate assay, vitro in vitro culture and pot experiments, can effectively inhibit the growth of watermelon Fusarium wilt, protect melon seedlings. Watermelon root circumference sampling analysis showed that Ta can colonize in the rhizosphere and can stably reach the colonies population of 2.8 × 107cfu / g soil.
