对太谷核不育小麦不育株和可育株的花药和花粉发育情况进行了细胞形态观察,获得如下结果:1.不育株花粉自四分体释放出小孢子前后即急速败育。花药的体积以后也不见增大。最后,花药的药室中空洞无物。太谷核不育小麦属于“无花粉型”的雄性不育材料。2.不育株花药壁层发育异常,主要表现为绒毡层提早在花粉母细胞减数分裂过程中解体。看来,绒毡层的过早解体对小孢子的退化起着相当关键的作用。3.不育株花粉母细胞减数分裂过程表现了一定程度的异常现象。在小孢子发育过程中似乎已出现了一些败育的迹象。
Morphological observation on the anther and pollen development of Taigu nuclear sterile male sterile and fertile plants showed the following results: 1. It appears that premature tapetum disintegration plays a crucial role in the degeneration of microspores. 3 sterile plant pollen mother cell meiosis showed a certain degree of abnormal phenomenon. There seems to be some signs of abortion in microspore development.
