所谓的业务外包就是企业将自己非核心业务或辅助业务委托给有资质能力的专业化厂商去生产。其目的就是一方面可以节约本企业的生产成本,另一方面就是企业可以腾出更多的时间与精力去研究和开发自己的核心业务,充分发挥自己的长处,以增加企业的竞争优势,使企业更好地持续良性发展。但是企业业务外包过程中风险诸多,一旦管理不善给企业带来的损失巨大,为企业发展带来负维度,所以正确认识企业业务外包管理过程中存在的问题并及时加以解决具有现实性意义。
