研究了采用Span-OP复合乳化剂和K2S2O8水溶液引发剂进行丙烯酰胺的反相微乳液聚合,通过正交设计实验,对获得稳定微乳液体系的条件进行了优化选择,分析了影响聚丙烯酰胺分子量的因素,探讨了聚丙烯酰胺的合成方法及其溶解性,试验合成了高分子量、速溶、粉末状聚丙烯酰胺产品。
The reverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide using Span-OP composite emulsifier and K2S2O8 aqueous initiator was studied. The optimal microemulsion system was obtained through orthogonal design experiments. The influence of polyacrylamide molecular weight , The synthesis method of polyacrylamide and its solubility were discussed. High molecular weight, instantaneous, powder polyacrylamide products were synthesized.
