本文介绍了 X、Ku 和 Ka 波段通讯系统中的稳定的小信号多级耿效应反射型放大器的设计和性能。在耿二极管小信号 Z 参数测量的基础上提出了一个单级设计途径。然后把此技术用于较低频率(X 和 Ku波段)微带介质和 Ka 波段同轴-波导混合结构。描述了11.7~12.2千兆赫和14.0~14.5千兆赫波段两级放大器性能。介绍了高 Ka 波段的两级和四级放大器性能。
This article presents the design and performance of a stable, small-signal G-stage reflective amplifier in the X, Ku, and Ka band communications systems. Based on the Z-parameter measurement of small signal of Geng diode, a single-stage design approach is proposed. This technique is then used for both the lower frequency (X and Ku band) microstrip media and the Ka-band coaxial-waveguide hybrid structure. Describes the performance of two-stage amplifiers in the 11.7 to 12.2 GHz and 14.0 to 14.5 GHz bands. The performance of two-stage and four-stage amplifiers in the high-Ka band is introduced.
