收集新鲜大肠癌组织及另一端非癌组织38例,标本灰化后用原子吸收法测定锌、铜、镁、锰元素的含量。发现肿瘤组织中锌为88.34ppm/g,对照组织为114.28ppm/g干重(P<0.01)。铜的含量在肿瘤组织与非癌对照组织,分别为41.63ppm/g干重及38.04ppm/g干重(P>0.05)。镁、锰含量亦无明显差别。低分化腺癌锌含量为66-60ppm,而高、中分化腺癌分别为
Thirty-eight fresh colorectal cancer tissues and non-cancer tissues at the other end were collected. The content of zinc, copper, magnesium, and manganese were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry after the samples were ashed. Zinc was found to be 88.34 ppm/g in the tumor tissue and 114.28 ppm/g dry weight in the control tissue (P<0.01). Copper content was 41.63 ppm/g dry weight and 38.04 ppm/g dry weight in tumor tissue and non-cancerous control tissue, respectively (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in magnesium and manganese content. The poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma zinc content is 66-60ppm, while the high and moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas are
