本文首次提出将一些新型的微加工共面传输线用于MMIC设计。这些共面传输线分别是共面耦合线(CCL)、共面耦合带线(CCS)、矩形微屏蔽共面耦合线(RMCCL)、共面耦合矩形微屏蔽线(CCRML)。推导出用于计算这些传输线的TEM参数的解析公式,其推导方法为基于TEM模假设,用精确的保用变换。数字结果显示了各种共面耦合传输线的性质。
This paper proposes for the first time some new micromachining coplanar transmission lines for MMIC design. These coplanar transmission lines are coplanar coupling line (CCL), coplanar coupling strip line (CCS), rectangular micro-shield coplanar coupling line (RMCCL), and coplanar rectangular shielded wire (CCRML). The analytical formulas for calculating the TEM parameters of these transmission lines are deduced. The derivation method is based on the TEM model assumption and uses the exact guaranteed transformation. The numerical results show the nature of various coplanar transmission lines.
