近年我国汽车零部件产业呈现快速增长趋势,汽车零部件企业也将面临客户要求的提高,成本控制的要求,人才招聘的困难变大,老员工的流失等等问题,都会给汽车零部制造企业人才的培养造成很大的困扰。外部培训虽然有优势,但是高昂的成本,以及知识和技能的传承性不足,使得企业不能大范围运用。而建设一支优秀的内部培训师队伍,对于企业的发展来说就尤为重要了。本文从内部培训师的管理模式进行分析,总结实施中存在问题及意见,致力于内部培训师的管理完善,使内部培训更有实效。
