盾构隧道管片插入式快速连接件作用机理分析

参考欧洲和日本盾构隧道装配式衬砌快速连接件的研究和应用情况,对环缝插入式快速连接件的安装和承载机理进行了分析,提出了连接件极限承载力公式,并在此基础上对环缝连接件的预紧力的形成过程进行了探讨,对连接件的容差能力的提高提出了对策。分析表明,环缝插入式快速连接件的安装过程和承载性能科学可靠,连接件的尺寸、材料、摩擦面特性及承载方式是影响连接件抗拉承载能力的主要因素;借助于盾构千斤顶的反推力以及环缝受压衬垫的弹性,可以实现接头面预紧力的施加,但预紧力的大小难以精确量化。 With reference to the research and application of the quick connector of the lining type quick connector in Europe and Japan, the installation and bearing mechanism of the quick connector of the annular slit are analyzed, and the formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of the connector is proposed. Based on this, The formation process of the prestress of the girth connector is discussed, and some countermeasures are put forward to improve the tolerance of the connector. The analysis shows that the installation process and bearing performance of the ring-type quick connect connector are scientific and reliable. The size, material, friction surface characteristics and bearing mode of the connector are the main factors affecting the load carrying capacity of the connector. With the help of shield jack Anti-thrust and girth compression liner flexibility, can be applied to the preload interface, but the pre-tightening force is difficult to accurately quantify the size.
