[案例]一次,某市政府召开会议,与会人员430人。为把会议开好,市政府发出通知,要求各单位把与会人员名单提前报来,以便编组和做好有关准备工作。会议秘书处接待科张科长,按领导要求和编印名单一一安排好住宿并写好住房卡,领取了房门钥匙。报道那天,与会人员报道后拿到住房卡和钥匙即可进房住宿,既不需排队也不拥挤,接待工作显得井井有条,得到与会人员的赞扬。
[Case] Once, a city government held a meeting with 430 participants. In order to make the meeting a success, the municipal government issued a circular urging all units to submit the list of participants in advance so that they could organize and prepare for the preparatory work. Secretary of the conference reception Section Section Chief Zhang, according to the leadership requirements and a list of printed one by one to arrange accommodation and write a housing card, received the keys to the house.
