岐139×1井位于河北省黄骅市,为大港油田公司的重点预探井,属于环境敏感地区,而废弃钻井液组成复杂,有机物、油类超标,必须对该井的废弃物进行无害化处理。本文首先介绍了破胶絮凝、固液分离和固相修复等无害化处理技术,然后分析了该技术在岐139×1井的成功应用。结果表明,分离出的清水可以返井再次参与循环,固相修复物可以用于铺垫新井场,实现了钻井废弃物的再利用,消除了环保隐患。
Qi 139 × 1 well is located in Huanghua City, Hebei Province. It is a key pre-exploration well for Dagang Oilfield Company and belongs to the environmentally sensitive area. However, the composition of waste drilling fluid is complex and the organic matter and oil exceed the standard. The waste of the well must be innocuously treated . This paper firstly introduces the decontamination technology such as gel breaking, solid-liquid separation and solid-phase remediation, and then analyzes the successful application of this technology in Qi 139 × 1 well. The results show that the separated water can re-enter the well again to participate in the circulation, and the solid-phase restoration can be used to pave the new well site, thus realizing the reuse of drilling waste and eliminating environmental hazards.
