针对传统激光损伤识别方法工作复杂、识别精度低的缺陷,提出基于数字图像处理方法的激光损伤识别法。使用点阵矩阵采集物体结构信息,更新信息进行时序并将其存储为数字图像,通过在图像上建立数字图像坐标系,按照时序进行图像信息识别,提取图像损伤区域,利用卷积函数对图像损伤区域进行去噪处理,采用小波分解方法在对图像损伤区域进行二次去噪,同时计算出物体结构的损伤方位。结果表明,该方法具有很强的损伤识别能力及实用性。
Aiming at the defects of traditional laser damage identification methods, such as complicated work and low recognition accuracy, a laser damage identification method based on digital image processing is proposed. The lattice matrix is used to collect the object structure information, update the information to make timing and store it as a digital image. By establishing a digital image coordinate system on the image, identifying the image information according to the time sequence, extracting the image damage area and using the convolution function to damage the image The area is denoised, and the wavelet decomposition method is used to denoise twice in the image damage area and calculate the damage azimuth of the object structure. The results show that this method has strong ability of damage identification and practicality.
