金融危机之后,美国痛定思痛,历经一年有余的《2010年华尔街改革和消费者保护法》终获美国参众两院通过。该法案围绕金融市场系统性风险监管和金融产品消费者保护对美国金融监管体制进行了全面的改革。但与美国大多数法案的通过相似,该法案的最终版本在利益妥协之后方得以出台。
After the financial crisis, the United States took some painstaking steps and the “Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010” was passed by both houses of the United States and the United States after more than a year. The bill comprehensively reforms the financial regulatory system in the United States around the supervision of systemic risk in the financial markets and consumer protection of financial products. But similar to the passage of most bills in the United States, the final version of the bill came into force after the compromise of interests.
