国内移动互联网产业规模越来越大,已成为互联网公司和运营商不可忽视的业务拓展领域。首先,分析了移动互联网与传统互联网的相同点和不同点。两者都具有开放性、免费性和对广告的依赖性,但移动互联网又有其特点,如移动性、局限性、强关联性及私密性。然后,分析了目前移动互联网巨头的商业行为,分析表明,目前获得巨大利益的都是平台提供商。只有当业务平台足够广阔,能够提供全方位的价值服务时,商家才能盈利。移动互联网界最大的平台无疑是运营商自己的平台,因此运营商最有可能成为最大的赢家。最后,结合其他运营商的经验,分析了目前中国移动公司在移动互联网方面的发展方向。
The growing size of the domestic mobile Internet industry has become an area of business expansion that Internet companies and operators can not ignore. First, we analyze the similarities and differences between the mobile Internet and the traditional Internet. Both are open, free and dependable on advertising, but mobile Internet has its own characteristics, such as mobility, limitations, strong relevance and privacy. Then, the analysis of the current mobile Internet giant’s business behavior, analysis shows that the current great benefits are platform providers. Business is profitable only if the business platform is broad enough to provide a full range of value services. The largest mobile Internet platform is undoubtedly the operator’s own platform, so operators are most likely to become the biggest winner. Finally, combined with the experience of other operators, this paper analyzes the current development direction of China Mobile in the mobile Internet.
