观察了运动性疲劳模型动物海马组织中有关氨基酸的浓度及谷氨酸与γ氨基丁酸的比值(Glu/GABA) 、芳香族氨基酸与支链谷氨酸的比值(AAA/BCAA) 和酪氨酸等在运动前后的不同恢复时相点的变化,以及体复康对脑组织中氨基酸神经递质及脑中氨基酸代谢的调节作用。结果表明:中药体复康可调节因运动而引起的应激状态,使运动后动物的兴奋性经迅速降低的过程后恢复到运动前的状态,从而有利于机体内环境的调整及体力的恢复;在运动过程中,可使机体迅速处于应激状态,物质代谢增强,积极供能,有利于肌肉的持续运动;运动结束后,可使机体内环境迅速调整,使AAA 含量减少,达到新的平衡,有利于运动后疲劳的消除。
