为生产高辛烷值汽油 ,对国产高辛烷值裂化催化剂 DOCP- L及其对比剂的性能进行了评价 ,探讨了催化剂含量、反应温度、原料对 DOCP- L的裂化性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,与对比剂相比 ,DOCP- L具有较强的重油转化能力和增辛效果。它适用于石蜡基原料 ,催化剂含量对产品分布和产品性能有很大的影响。
In order to produce high-octane gasoline, the performance of domestic high-octane cracking catalyst DOCP-L and its contrast agent was evaluated. The effects of catalyst content, reaction temperature and raw materials on the cracking performance of DOCP-L were discussed. The experimental results show that compared with the contrast agent, DOCP-L has a strong ability of heavy oil conversion and synergism. It is suitable for paraffin-based raw materials, the catalyst content of the product distribution and product performance have a great impact.
