经济的发展和人民日益提高的生活水平使得建筑行业越来越成熟,行业内部的竞争也随之越来越大。建筑企业如果管理水平较低,将难以在建筑行业中生存立足,而施工质量和施工进度是衡量建筑公司管理水平的两个重要标准。施工企业高效率、高质量地完成工程项目,才能在激烈的市场角逐中拔得头筹。本文主要围绕工程进度的管理进行,着重分析建筑工程施工进度的影响因素,并对工程进度管理的优化策略进行探索。
Economic development and people's rising living standards make the construction industry more mature, the competition within the industry also will be more and more. If the management level of construction enterprises is low, it will be difficult to survive in the construction industry. The quality of construction and construction progress are two important criteria to measure the management level of construction companies.
