武钢跨国经营事业的拓展,迫切要求完善各项经营管理,首当其冲的是要进一步解决好进口铁矿石的运输问题。目前武钢进口铁矿石的运输线路为:外矿——北仑——南通或上海或镇江港——武钢工业港,全部依赖共用中转码头和专业运输力量承运。武钢为提高企业规模经济效益,增强在国内外两个市场的竞争实力,必须以选择进口铁矿石的最佳购、运体系(购矿网络、中转码头、运输线路、营运方式等)作为武钢发展战略中的重要举措,切实抓紧,作出决策。
The expansion of Wugang’s multinational operations requires urgent improvement of various operations and management. The first and foremost is to further solve the problem of imported iron ore transportation. At present, the import route for iron ore imported by WISCO is: outside mines - Beilun - Nantong or Shanghai or Zhenjiang Port - Wugang Industrial Harbor, all relying on shared transit terminals and professional transportation force carriers. In order to increase the economies of scale of the company and strengthen its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets, WISCO must select and purchase the best purchase and transportation system for iron ore (purchase network, transfer terminal, transportation route, operation mode, etc.) as Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation. The important measures in the development strategy are to step up efforts and make decisions.
