目的:研究Bcl-2蛋白表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展过程中的作用及可能的临床意义。方法:对85例病变标本采用鼠抗人Bcl-2蛋白单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学染色。结果:正常口腔粘膜Bcl-2免疫组化染色均为阴性,口腔上皮单纯增生、异常增生、鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为18.75%、52.17%、18.18%、22.22%和53.33%。口腔粘膜异常增生Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率显著高于口腔粘膜单纯增生和鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ级(P<0.05),鳞癌Ⅲ级Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率显著高于鳞癌Ⅰ级(P<0.05)。结论:Bcl-2蛋白表达与组织分化程度相关,Bcl-2阳性表达的口腔鳞癌具有更高的侵袭能力。
Objective: To study the role of Bcl-2 protein in the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma and its possible clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining of 85 anti-human Bcl-2 monoclonal antibodies was performed in 85 cases of pathological specimens. Results: Bcl-2 immunohistochemical staining of normal oral mucosa was negative, the oral epithelial hyperplasia and dysplasia, the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 18.75%, 52.17% , 18.18%, 22.22% and 53.33% respectively. The positive rate of Bcl-2 protein in oral mucosal dysplasia was significantly higher than that in oral hyperplasia and squamous cell carcinoma Ⅰ, Ⅱ (P <0.05), and the positive rate of grade Ⅲ Bcl-2 protein in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in squamous cell carcinomaⅠ Grade (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-2 protein is correlated with the degree of tissue differentiation, and the oral squamous cell carcinoma with Bcl-2 expression is more invasive.
