在项目管理中,工程造价控制具有十分重要的作用,工程项目全过程造价通常涉及技术、经济、组织与合同等方面的内容,是一项综合性工作,所以需要在共同造价控制目标基础上,由参建各方协调完成。在项目建设各阶段,通过科学的计价方法与满足实际需求的计价依据,投资估算、初步设计概算、施工图预算以及工程结算进行合理的确定,可有效提升项目投资效益。此背景下,本文对全过程造价管理在造价咨询行业中的应用进行了详细的阐述,以供参考。
In the project management, project cost control plays a very important role.
