目的探讨局麻下腹股沟无张力疝修补术的理想护理方案。方法回顾性分析2007年11月至2008年5月以来的460例局麻下腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者围手术期的护理经验。结果460例患者均行无张力疝修补术，术后未发生并发症。结论加强腹股沟疝患者手术前、后的护理和出院指导，对手术的成功有重要作用。
