《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》指出:“幼儿园应为幼儿提供健康、丰富的生活和活动环境,满足他们多方面发展的需要,使他们在快乐的童年生活中获得有益于身心发展的经验。”在实践中,我们认识到让与幼儿共同生活的人以积极的精神面貌和生活方式去影响幼儿,是非常重要和有效的。所以,在管理过程中,我们非常重视在幼儿园日常生活中捕捉典型案例并以适宜的形式组织教师讨论和学习,以转变教师的观念,提振教师的精神风貌。
The Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial) states: "Kindergartens should provide young children with a healthy and abundant living and activity environment to meet their diverse development needs and enable them to gain the experience of physical and mental development in their happy childhood. In practice, we recognize that it is important and effective for people who work with young children to influence young children with a positive mental outlook and lifestyle. Therefore, in the management process, we attach great importance to capturing typical cases in the daily life of kindergartens and organize teacher discussions and studies in an appropriate form so as to change teachers ’concepts and boost teachers’ spiritual outlook.
