在可见近红外(VNIR)波段,信噪比及焦面稳定性是高光谱成像系统的重要性能指标,其中电荷耦合器件(CCD)探测器的合理选型是提高高光谱系统的信噪比及焦面稳定性的重要环节。提出了一种基于CCD像元规模、帧频和像元尺寸三个参数的快速选取符合要求CCD的方法,根据VNIR波段信噪比公式,建立了信噪比与焦深两个模型,根据工程应用系统分析,阐述了选型过程,着重阐述了像元尺寸选型(信噪比选型)的计算,对选型结果进行信噪比和焦深分析,验证了模型建立与选型方法的合理性。结果表明,提出的CCD选型方法可以高效准确地选取符合高光谱成像仪要求的CCD探测器。
In the visible near-infrared (VNIR) band, signal-to-noise ratio and focal plane stability are important performance indicators of hyperspectral imaging systems. The reasonable selection of charge coupled device (CCD) detectors is to improve the signal-to- Focal surface stability an important part. A method based on CCD pixel size, frame rate and pixel size is proposed to quickly select the CCD that meets the requirements. According to the VNIR signal to noise ratio formula, two models of signal to noise ratio and depth of focus are established. According to the engineering Application system analysis, elaborated the selection process, emphatically expounds the pixel size selection (signal to noise ratio selection) calculation, the selection results of signal to noise ratio and depth of focus analysis, verify the model establishment and selection method rationality. The results show that the proposed CCD selection method can efficiently and accurately select the CCD detector that meets the requirements of hyperspectral imagers.
