目的:考察羊脂油对淫羊藿总黄酮体内药动学的影响。方法:采用药理效应法,建立小鼠肾阳虚模型,以超氧化物歧化酶为效应指标,比较淫羊藿总黄酮及其在炮制辅料羊脂油的作用下形成自组装胶束后的小鼠体内药动学参数。结果:淫羊藿总黄酮在羊脂油的作用下形成自组装胶束后,小鼠体内的药动学参数t1/2、Cmax、AUC(0-t)、AUC(0-∞)、MRT(0-∞)与淫羊藿总黄酮相比均显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.01)。结论:炮制辅料羊脂油提高了淫羊藿总黄酮的生物利用度,促进了其体内吸收。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of linseed oil on the pharmacokinetics of Epimedium Flavonoids in vivo. Methods: The model of Kidney-Yang Deficiency in mice was established by pharmacological effect method. The effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on the total flavonoids of Herba Epimedii and the formation of self-assembled micelles In vivo pharmacokinetic parameters. Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters t1 / 2, Cmax, AUC (0-t), AUC (0-∞) and MRT ( 0-∞) were significantly increased compared with the total flavonoids of Epimedium (P <0.05, P <0.001, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The processing of the adjuvant lamb oil enhances the bioavailability of the total flavonoids of Epimedium, and promotes its absorption in the body.
