经过20年的改革开放,我国逐步由卖方市场向买方市场过渡,短缺经济已基本结束,新的消费潮流、消费热点必将呈现出来。在这种态势下,作为政府,只有采取行之有效的对策,积极培育新的消费热点,才能激活市场,求得经济的进一步发展。 回顾历史,我国仅用15年时间就完成了耐用消费品发展的“三级跳”。展望未来,我国将进入新一轮的消费热潮,住房、信息、旅游、文化教育等将成为新的消费热点。这是因为:(1)我国居民住房满足率相当低,城市至少还有6000万无房户,2/3的省市住房低于全国平均水平。目前居民手中超过4万亿元的
