目的:建立灵芝孢子油的含量控制方法。方法:采用HPLC色谱法建立了灵芝孢子油中的麦角甾醇含量测定方法。结果:能准确的测定原料及制剂中的该成分的含量,该方法操作简便,重现性高,特异性强,麦角甾醇在0.316~580 mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系;回归方程:Y=1.08581X+1.58888,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率在99.37%~103.80%之间,RSD为1.54%。结论:可作为控制灵芝孢子油类产品质量的有效方法和依据。
Objective: To establish a method for controlling the content of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil. Methods: A method for the determination of ergosterol in Ganoderma lucidum spore oil was established by HPLC. Results: The content of the components in the raw materials and preparations can be accurately determined. The method is simple, highly reproducible, and specific. The ergosterol exhibits a good linear relationship in the range of 0.316-580 mg/ml; regression equation: Y=1.08581X+1.58888, r=0.9999; the average recovery was between 99.37% and 103.80%, and the RSD was 1.54%. Conclusion: It can be used as an effective method and basis for controlling the quality of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil products.
